 We are a group of Arizona haunters, (growing daily) that is basically a prop making club at present. However, we intend to create a larger public awareness of home, semi-pro and pro haunters here in the great state of Arizona. We will be holding monthly/bimonthly make and takes, as well as several public charitable events such as "Zombie walk" blood drives, "Death & Taxes" party (Every April 15th), a "Pain-cake" breakfasts/blood drives and eventually a traveling/mobile haunt. (To be used for school/scout carnivals and other such events.) We hope that with in several years time a "South Western Haunting Convention" can be created around some if not most of these events...  The WNY Haunters email list consists of a group of haunters that live in or near Western New York. One of the main purposes of the list is simply to get to know our fellow local haunters, so it is a very social list. But one of the things that comes from this is the pooling of talent and the sharing of knowledge. Some of our previous projects included FCGs, webbers, and skelerectors. The group is fairly new.  The New Jersey Haunters Association gets together every month at a members home and talk about halloween, setting up haunted houses and yards, building props, and general discussion about pneumatics, electronics, animatronics. special Fx, makeup, etc. Sometimes we even build a prop at a meeting. The association is free and open to anyone within reasonable driving distance from central NJ (NY and PA folks are welcome.. although we might not meet at your houses since we are a NJ organization).
